Auto Liability Insurance-Online application now available Commercial Auto liability insurance is available for all public auto vehicles, including Charter Buses, Airport Shuttles, Limousines, Sightseeing Vehicles, Non-Emergency Paratransits, Taxi's and several other classes.
In order to get the best quote for you we will need the following from you:
- Vehicle schedule including: Year, Make, Model, Number of Passengers, Value and complete VIN.
- Driver Schedule: including first and last name, date of birth, state and license number, years driving experience and date of hire.
- Motor Vehicle Report on all drivers dated within 30 days.
- Current dated Loss runs for the past four years.
General Liability Insurance
General Liability can be purchased along with auto insurance or as a separate (monoline) policy.
In order for us to get you a GL policy we will need the following:
- Current dated loss runs
- The square footage on the parking and office facilities,
- the complete addresses for all locations.
Workers Compensation-Online application now available
Workers Compensation insurance is available for most states, we will need you to complete the attached application and send it back to us with the following:
- A list of drivers, sales people, clerical and any other employees
- Motor Vehicle Report for all drivers
- A list of excluded owners and/or partners
- Loss runs for the past five years
